Return Policy

At SWIMS we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear, swimwear, or accessories (if applicable)
  • Custom or personalised items

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Faulty or damaged items
  • Incorrect items received

If you’d like an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider — processing times can vary
  3. Contact your bank
